Kloberdanz Mediation provides services focusing on the family, such as separation and divorce, the elderly and adult children, and parents and teens. Creating an effective dialogue through constructive communication, Kloberdanz Mediation facilitates the opportunity for families to resolve conflict.
PARENTING COORDINATION/ARBITRATION
As a registered Parenting Coordinator/Arbitrator, Kloberdanz Mediation provides a blend of education, mediation and arbitration to reduce family conflict. The aim is to prevent conflict from occurring and/or escalating.

Creating an effective dialogue through constructive communication, Kloberdanz Mediation facilitates the opportunity for families to resolve conflict through mediation, negotiation and counselling. In certain circumstances, Parenting Coordination or Mediation/Arbitration may be the means to resolve or reduce conflict.
Divorce & Separation
We provide mediation and coaching services including court required documentation. Facilitating discussion and agreement in family matters such as the parenting plan and child support.
Elderly & Adult Relationships
Kloberdanz Mediation facilitates group mediation, involving elderly parents and their adult children. Mediation provides a forum for family members to develop a means of communication to enable the adult family to address delicate family matters. This may involve decision making and acknowledging the roles and responsibilities of the mature family members.
Parents & Teens
We facilitate the opportunity for parents and teens to discuss family matters in a safe and productive environment. Mediation engages, guides and supports parents and teens to develop the right tools to communicate their needs, wants and rights. An open forum is provided to mature together and develop a respectful relationship. The focus is for family members to acknowledge the difficult past/challenges and to transition to resolution and build new agreements.
PARENTING COORDINATION/ARBITRATION
Kloberdanz Mediation provides a blend of education, mediation, counselling and arbitration to reduce family conflict. The aim is to prevent conflict from occurring and/or escalating.
As a registered Parenting Coordinator/Arbitrator, Kloberdanz Mediation has the authority and is empowered to ensure that the child’s rights are protected and to diminish and/or contain the level of conflict. The goal is for the family to transition and progress to a situation where they can function independently.
Referrals for Parenting Coordination can be initiated by court order, legal counsel, a therapist, or families themselves.
